We want to reassure you that all the staff of our structures have been informed about the new measures that concern their work area, in addition to the general procedures of the structure in which they are operating: each of them knows perfectly well what their responsibilities are and the provisions to be followed during the service.

The protection equipment for customers is available in the rooms, in the common areas or at the reception: disinfectant, wipes for cleaning surfaces, medical masks and gloves (disposable). For your safety and the protection of others, we ask you to always wear the mask outside your room, wash your hands frequently and keep your social distance.
If the general conditions do not allow the usual breakfast service, breakfast will be served in your room at no extra charge, anyway it will still be preferable to book the time to improve the service and avoid gatherings. All bar and restaurant menus are always accessible on the property’s website or outside the dedicated rooms
The staff has been equipped with all the necessary protections and personal protective equipment and they are doing everything possible to make your stay safer: we ask you to be patient and follow their instructions. Each cleaning or washing procedure of the equipment, dishes and kits is carried out with specific and certified products (alcohol and chlorine based as required by law) suitable to guarantee the complete disinfection of rooms, common areas, bathrooms, meeting spaces, restaurant, bar, gym and swimming pool.
